Having grown up in Orlando, I have a love for all things Central Florida. A graduate of The First Academy and then coming back after graduating from Samford University, I decided to give residential real estate a try. In the spring of 2001 I started at Town Square Realty in College Park, and I haven't looked back since. Buying the company from the previous broker in 2005, it has been a thrill building this company. I love what I do, and guiding people through real estate transactions, and working with real estate agents is a passion for me. My family and I live in Colonialtown. We love being a part of all of the excitement and growth in downtown Orlando!
As the market has changed in these past few years, many of my clients have called me with a lot of questions. In an effort to change with the market, I completed the CDPE course. This stands for Certified Distressed Property Expert. I took the class with some short sale experience but a desire to be able to better help my clients in this market. This class provided me with a path to list short sales and actually get them to close. The market has changed but with it are new opportunities.
